UPS SHIPPING INFORMATION

UPS Shipping Cost is determined after the weight and shipping address is received.

Items have a minimum billing rate of 1 pound through UPS.

UPS GROUND takes approximately 3 - 5 BUSINESS days.  If an email is supplied with an on-line order, you will receive a guaranteed delivery date and/or tracking number.

If an order is needed by a specific date, be sure to enter the date you will need it BY THE END OF DAY.

 (Example:  If you need your order by Friday, August 8th in the morning, then request your order BY THE END OF DAY Thursday, August 7th.)  If Special Shipping is required, such as NEXT DAY AIR, SECOND DAY AIR, OR 3RD DAY SELECT, you will be contacted by email or telephone to verify your shipping cost.  So please always enter valid contact information, or your order may not be sent out to make your request date.  Special Shipping Costs are required to be verified by the customer BEFORE shipping an order.

Luggage-Rack Pole

ALL Luggage Rack Poles will be shipped UPS GROUND.  An accurate shipping cost will be retrieved after weight and destination zip code has been received.  Signature Required for Delivery.

*Special Shipping Type (Such as Overnight, Second Day Air, etc.): Your shipping account number can be charged the shipping cost at your request.  This can also be done for Regular UPS Ground at your request.

For Special Shipments: An extra fee of $2.00 will appear on your invoice for a "Rapid Shipping Order Processing Fee."  An Order MUST be received by 10 a.m. Central Standard Time Monday through Thursday, for an order to be specially shipped out on the same day.  This shipping option is not available on Fridays.  We do NOT guarantee specially shipped deliveries.  We will do our part in getting the product out to you, but we do not have control over the delivery service.  This is why your account number must be supplied.  You will be able to receive the shipping refund through the delivery service, if your product is not received on time.
